The kitchen and downstairs bathroom

The kitchen has a cooktop stove, a convection oven, a microwave oven and a large commercial fridge. There is an upright freezer in this room as well. All small appliances and pots & pans etc are included. There is a pantry for storage adjacent to the kitchen. You may cook at any hour because the kitchen is away from the bedroom areas.
Tenants clean up after themselves each time they use the kitchen. Our housekeeper comes every Thursday to do the regular cleaning.

This is the bathroom off the kitchen/pantry and  by the back entrance to the house.
