order to receive your Security Deposit back you must: *Make an
appointment with Patricia to check your room, fridge shelf, blue bins
etc.
Complete
the terms of your Lease Agreement _________
Clean
your room thoroughly – including
Vacuum

Wash
your window glass and window sills, _________
Wash
the baseboards, doors and floors, _________
Wash
light fixtures, ceiling fans and mirrors, _________
Wash
furniture (including the insides of drawers) _________
You
must freshly wash your mattress pad _________
You
must remove everything from your fridge shelf
and
two blue storage boxes. Both blue boxes must be washed and taken to
Patricia _________
You
must return your room key & your house key _________
Any
mail for you will be returned to sender. Make sure you change your
address with Canada Post immediately.
If
the above are not completed in a satisfactory manner, your security
deposit
will
be returned pro-rated. This means you will receive only part of your
security
deposit
returned.
