Main Floor Bathroom

This is the large tenant bathroom on the main floor. There is also a powder room on the main floor. As well, there is a shower room on the second floor. For safety and security, the lights in the bathrooms are on 24 hours a day.

The showers have lots of hot water - there are two 40 gallon hot water heaters in the house.

The housekeeper cleans each bathroom twice a week and the maintenance person empties the garbage daily.

The toilet was new last year. Notice the stainless steel knob on the top of the tank. There are two flushing choices - one uses less water than the other.

The pedestal sink has hot and cold running water and a mirror above. There is also a full length mirror in the bathroom.

The window looks out on the backyard and is five feet from ground level for privacy.
